While the initial room was outdated and in need of renovation, the hotel's proactive response to my concerns showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The renovated rooms in a separate building were a vast improvement, offering a more modern feel.In terms of business amenities, the hotel's spacious lobby proved ideal for informal meetings, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable for remote work. The 24-hour reception and business center were convenient for any urgent needs that arose during our stay.The presence of a restaurant like "Il Vizio" serving exceptional food was a definite plus, and the pet-friendly policy allowed me to bring my furry companions along. However, the industrial area location may not be ideal for leisurely walks in the evening.Best Western in Perugia is a suitable choice for business travelers seeking a functional, no-frills accommodation for short stays, with potential for improvement in service consistency and room quality.
